[Question] Attachment File Size

If I am not mistaking, I have seen someone comment that his/her upload file size limit was somehow increased. I am trying to figure out how to do this on my own forum, but have not found a way to accomplish this other than by changing it for every user.

How would I be able to accomplish this, and better yet, can it be made a default option added to the permission set for both users as well as user groups? (Use groups would be my main target, but I assume the two are based on one another).

Attachments are a global setting.

Only avatar sizes can be set on a per-user/group basis.

There are a few attachment related suggestions already, I think user level options has been suggested:

Hey Brogan, and thanks for taking the time to reply.

I seem to recall Jaxel commenting he was allowed to upload larger files (or use more than the max character limit or something along those lines). It'd be really beneficial being able to define this on a per-user group level (think promotions/sponsors etc).
