XF 2.2 PWA notifications not working on android or ios

I'm currently setting up pwa on my forum, which is now downloadable as an app. But nobody is getting any notifications.

I do have two errors, i'm unsure how to fix, but not sure if it is related.

However, it all looks good in the dev tools.

Ensure that push notifications are enabled and allowed and the members have opted in to them.

All enabled, so users themselves have to go in enable it too?

Check your user groups to see if Use push notifications is enabled for the user groups you want it applied to. I think that's a native permission, but I do use some add-ons that are related to that so it may not be.
