XF 1.5 Publicly visible "Edited by: Whoever Date/Time Reason: why they did it"

In vB, posts that have been edited by the user or an admin/mod displayed a message similar to "Edited by: Whoever Date/Time Reason: Why they did it" in every post that has been edited after the first few minutes. The "edited by" notice was visible to anyone who views the post. Is there an available add-on or a setting that would do that in XF? Can editing a post reset it as if it were a new post to call attention to the fact that it has been edited? Things can get confusing if the OP fine-tunes his own post in the first few minutes, and someone else is typing a response while the OP is editing.

We don't have a reason field. They can add it to the post if they want to call out an edit/reason explicitly.

We do have edit tracking and it will show if someone edits their post. See the "Enable edit log display after X minutes" option.
