Lack of interest prune old watched threads

Most people don't manually go through and clear out old watched threads. I just looked at mine and I have 72 pages worth going back to 2013. Anything older than a year and it serves to point. Is there a SQL statement I can run to clear our old watched threads globally for my members?

Unfortunately not.
xf_thread_watch doesn't contain a date field.
