Prototype JS Issue

My main site uses a drop down nav run by Prototype, and I am attempting to have the same effect on my XenForo theme. I added the required Javascript files to the header of XenForo and the drop down worked but disabled reply feature and possibly a few others. Is there anyway to incorporate this without messing with the other files?

Those links aren't loading.

It sounds like your javascript is conflicting with xenForo's javascript. I assume the problem goes away when you remove your javascript?

Hey Forsaken,

I've been messing with jQuery's no.conflict for the past few days on another script I was trying to set up. Mostly dealing with the "referencing magic", no luck. Thou XenForo is supporting much more scripts than the simple script I was attempting it on, I'll give it a shot.

Are you able to see what the .js errors are (if any) by using the tools in Chrome or Firefox?

That might at least give you a starting point.
