XF 2.2 Promoting from New Members group

Hello,

I would like to do the following with the new members of forum:

until they post x posts, they wont be able to submit content without approval, to vote on polls, to react on posts, post on profiles etc. So the idea is to create a new user group New Members, so everyone who registers to be there, and after his 10 published post, to leave that group and become Registered with regular permissions.

Unfortunately, it seems that I cannot succeed to do that. Anyone has any idea how to do this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Change the permissions for the Registered user group to the lowest you want for new members.

Promote members to a new user group with the enhanced permissions.
