Fixed Progress indicators won't stop after a failed "Create Thread" event.

1. http://xenforo.com/community/forums/test-messages.6/create-thread

2. Click on "Create Thread" without filling any content (title or message)

3. An inline error is shown: "Please enter a valid title."

4. The loading/progress indicators [

] won't disappear.

Looks like this affects almost all editor instances for thread, post, profile post and conversation.
(ie, auto-validation message doesn't appear).
