XF 1.1 Process for moving from dev to prod?

is there any special process or steps i need to take in order to move xen from one folder to another on my site?

ex i have /public_html/private_dev_forum/ and i'm moving it to /public_html/

is this going to cause any issues and if so what are they and how do i fix them to shorten the downtime?

On the same server? Easy.

1) Move the files to the new location.

2) Update this setting:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Basic Board Information -> Board URL

Does the same simplicity apply - obviously I can update the config.php with new database details.

Little more complicated due to having to copy the database. It's basically a backup + restore:
