XF 2.1 Problems with the breadcrumb when using a font awesome icon as the Home button

I've opted to use a font awesome icon instead of the word 'Home' as our home link in the breadcrumb:

But that phrase text is then used in the breadcrumb as the name element and Google doesn't like it:

Is there a better way of achieving this?

You put <span class="u-srOnly">Your Nav Title</span> into your nav.[...] phrases where you've placed the font awesome icons.

I just tried. The title is not shown. so the class u-srOnly can only searched by bots but not visible to human eyes? What is it exactly?

Yes & Invisible and Screen Reader Only (for visually impaired).
