XF 1.5 Problems with SMF import. Visible boards

I imported SMF into my new xenforo. I had private boards that are there in the admin but not visible to me as admin or the mods they were intended for. I'm sure it's a permissions thingy but no joy. Can't get them visible to me or anybody now. http://pcimforum.com

In general, after an import, it is recommended that all permissions for user groups, users, and nodes are checked and updated as necessary.

The importer attempts to map them across as they are in the source installation, but it's not always possible to replicate it exactly.

Thank you Brogan. So what "switch" makes a "board" visible to just a specific group if you don't mind me asking?
