XF 1.5 Problems with memory_limit

Hello.

When I try to upgrade forum to version 1.5.9 I get this error: ErrorException: Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 99 bytes) - library/XenForo/Model/Phrase.php:1037. Also this error appears in log from time to time.

I know that memory_limit is set in the php.ini file, I increased it to 256M, but no changes. In addition, different value is specified in php_info and it changes with some page refresh (128M, 32M).

If the value is changing on each refresh, you'd likely need to contact your host/server admin as that would indicate something weird is going on.

Otherwise, note that changing these things does require a PHP-FPM restart.
