Username and Password are the same like ever ....

That error will only display if the password is incorrect.

I recommend using the "Forgot your password" link to reset it.

Our mail server is timing out when trying to connect to yours. Other emails are being sent fine.

Yes, I know. But that's the only mail server I'm having problems with; everything else arrives without issues. The password hasn't been changed either, and it's currently not working. So I thought there was a problem on your end.

Try using your email address when logging in to your customer login. It's different to the forum.
