Overview:

• This add on gives the admin and the staff with the right permissions the ability to mark users as problematic and block them from performing various actions in the forum, such as starting new threads, posting in existing threads (own threads included), starting new direct messages and viewing other users profiles. This is a very handy tool imho that can be used as a last resort before banning someone outright or marking them as discouraged users.
