I've got a friend who whenever he's using cellular data he can't visit my Xenforo site, I had him test it with Safari and Chrome It's on an iPhone and i get the images below when he turns off the cell data and uses wifi everything works fine.

I had him check His VPN and he's tried it with both it on and off again when using cell data he gets nothing just an error when he goes to Wi-fi it works fine.

Anyone here of this happening to other people's sites?

This is with cellular data turned on:

Every single time, it's been the user's device in some fashion or another.
Your site looks fine from the sources I have access to. (although you have a broken logo)

Nothing in XF will do this by default unless you set it that way. The error shown is the default text that appears when the device cannot access the webserver. It's a him problem, not a you problem.

Just tried to go to your site using my iPad via Verizon’s wireless network and I wasn’t able to view it. I got a message the site could not be loaded. Yet, turning WiFi on, I was able to get to your site.

Thanks for testing it out how I know it's not just him but it's a wider range. can you test out https://endless-sphere.com/sphere/ and see if they gives you the same error?
Well this is quite strange then.
Are you running on Xenforo cloud.. some shared hosting.. or a linux server you have root access to?
It's not hosted on the cloud and I do have root access It's hosted with a well known provider and seeing the post above on the iPad it does look like it's affecting all Verizon people.

I am able to get to endless-sphere using Verizon’s network.

He might have some family filter or block on his verizon profile. i don't think it works on wifi, just 5g, so that could be it.

you might also need to go the hard way to have them remove a block they put on your site.

perhaps an old ad triggered malware/etc and they shut it down.

The majority of the people say it doesn't work however there was one person just above that said it did work I'm getting him to check to see if he was on Wi-fi or not 'cause again when you disable the data Wi-fi enabled it does work but when Wi-fi is disabled and the data is enabled it doesn't work Very very strange.

I've even reached out to my provider which is Liquid Web and they say nothing looks bad on their end so there's no blocking or filtering going on This one's going to be a head scratcher
