That looks to be a problem related to missing files.

Try uploading them again or, if you have cPanel, upload the zip archive and extract directly on the server.

    What is the install URL?

I tried the path in the error log but it's a 404.

I have removed the URL from your post as there is no index file and anyone can download a full copy of your license files.
Please delete the .zip from the server or create an index file.

There is an upload directory there but it is empty.

If you want to install XF in the domain root, extract all of the files from the upload folder and place them in the root.

    Than navigate to /install.

I'm using the web blazingfast package, controlled by cPanel. It could be the problem? @Brogan

How and where are you uploading the files? Can you please screenshot your public html folder in your ftp?

It does not seem that the files have been uploaded in the right place. You must upload them inside the public html folder, depending on where you want your forum url to be, in root or other.
