XF 1.5 Problem embedding insecure images on a secure site - they are broken

So we have this post https://www.avforums.com/threads/ho...wer-amp-project.1867731/page-10#post-23117762 in which a couple of images are embedded.
Taking just the first image as an example, the address is

http://photos.xavimages.co.uk/photos/i-WFDrCFM/0/X2/i-WFDrCFM-X2.jpg

which is insecure, and I'm guessing that this is the reason why the image is broken.
I'm a bit surprised that Xenforo doesn't handle this better.
How do we resolve this, please?

The actual URL of the image is: https://photos.smugmug.com/photos/i-WFDrCFM/0/X2/i-WFDrCFM-X2.jpg

Redirected URLS are no longer permitted when using the proxy system due to a potential security issue.

Each URL will have to replaced with the correct URL.

You can use the post content find & replace add-on for that, or just manually edit the posts.
