problem buying xenforo

I am trying to purchase xenforo. everytime I put in my info (new customer) it states no customer exist at this address

Are you trying to enter your forum details or registering as a new account?
The customer account is separate from the forum account, but they can be linked once set up to enable access to the customer forums.
