If avatars weren't imported then it suggests there was an issue during the import, possibly related to the path, an empty directory, file permissions, etc.
There is no way to import them now.
The members will have to uploaded them again, or you would have to revert to a backup and do the import again.
For future reference, please don't bump threads so soon. If someone can help they will in due course.
