Private message read?

Is there any function to show an admin if an user has read a message like in WhatsApp?
This was standard in vb if i remeber right.

Thank you. Seems to be a big thing. I am just looking for the single info "is read" for mods.

I was looking for the same since a long time.
Never found something.

And as I need only this functionality the addon mentioned above is a overkill.
