Hello I am wondering is it possible when people post in the topic they can only see there post but staff members can see all the post? If so how can this be done. Thanks

Individual threads in a forum can be set up like that, but other than that, it'll require an addon.

And again... ask one of the forum owners... it's probably done via a custom add-on.
