Lack of interest PreviewTooltip in Watched Threads

If we go to http://xenforo.com/community/watched/threads we can hover a thread title and the tooltip show.

It would be nice to have this too in the watched resources.

Probably handy if it previews the latest update if available, as the main add-on description probably never changes (and the name should give indication of what it is anyway).
