    Hey XF'ers

Is it possible to create a search string that will search for one particular prefix, regardless of whether there are any replies or where it is physically located?

    Haha.

I want to input no keywords or member info - it's a general search for ALL prefixes of type.

That, in my knowing, is not possible.

You can, however, show all threads with the same prefix in one forum.

Hmm, except this won't work on a standard installation using MySQL search.

    I guess a space won't work either? :p

Just noticed it does work on a standard installation using MySQL search if you enter the minimum number of characters set in the config file.

So for my site I can enter ** in the search field, although the default is normally three.

Ok Brogan, that works, thanks :) ...but how can I create a link for the navbar from that? Click on link...all "Open" prefix threads are shown.
