Pre-sales Inquiry About Forum System Features

Hello there,

I am interested in subscribing to your system as I am planning to build an Arabic-language forum.
Before proceeding, I have a few questions regarding the system’s features:
  1. Private Forum: is it possible to have private Forum between users and admin, and User can see only his own Topics.

  2. Entry Fees: is it Possible to make some Forum has Entry fees, like one time payment or monthly payments!?

  3. SEO-Friendly: Is your system optimized for SEO? What tools or features are available to help with SEO?

  4. Sitemap: Does the system generate a sitemap automatically, or would I need to set this up manually?

  5. E-commerce Capabilities: Can I integrate an e-commerce section for subscription plans or one-time payment entry fees? Are these features included or do they require additional purchases?

  6. Roles: Can we make that user must add 20 replies in different topic to views topic images or attached file.

  7. Products: Can I list some products for Sale inside specific form and what Payment Gateways you supported.

  8. Customizations: Will your support team cover some customizations on the layout and style? as I want to remove sidebar, add header image or slider to all pages, Fixed signature to all topics and replies, and have separate section on footer that showing statics, online users, who is visiting etc..

  9. Above features: as I am totally new to your CMS, will your support team setup above feature for me when purchasing a plan? or I have to set up everything my self!?

  10. Feature Inclusions: Are the features mentioned above included in your standard package, or would I need to purchase additional addons separately?

  11. Support: What is your level of Support, is it Managed support 24/7 or only community and ticket system!

Yes but there are things that can be improved.

Automatically.

You can create subscriptions and assign specific features to the subscriptions but it's not a store where you can sell individual products at a time.

It's based on their post count, but sort of, for attached files.

You need to set everything up yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

You're only buying what you choose to purchase (if it's based on your other questions, see answers above).
