Hello.
I'm wondering before I purchase a license from XenForo whether or not a domain name has to be commited to the license and if it does, do you have to pay to change it in the future. An example of this is like what Invision Power Services do. You setup the script, enter you domain and then your license is tied to that domain. And if you ever required to use a different domain, then you have to pay a fee for it to be changed.

You can change the URL associated to your license as often as you like but be sure that the software is only used on one URL at a time (the license agreement covers this).

I believe that you can change it once a year without paying a fee for it.
