XF 2.1 Pre-Defined thread

Hello,

Is it possible somehow to set predefinied threads on selected forums? So when i create a new thread on forum xy, the title and content is already set and i can edit or leave it, like a thread template.

I have the exact same question. I feel like I'm missing some feature that should exist.
