how can I implement a function to show all postings of today, including already read posts?

There's recent posts which you can find on the New Posts page when there are no new posts, or can be accessed via this link:

yoursite.com.com/find-new/posts?recent=1

e.g.

https://xenforo.com/community/find-new/posts?recent=1

You can add a link to this on the nav bar with this template modification:

https://xenforo.com/community/resources/add-a-recent-posts-link-to-the-navigation-bar.2141/

or with this add-on:
