XF 1.5 Posting Only links

I have a member that continuously post only a link in threads they create, I have spoken to them about this and it was ok for a few days but I see we back to doing this in some threads once again. http://mychatgroup.com/threads/midnight-in-st-petersburg-vanora-bennett-macmillan.3058/

Is there anyway I could stop memebrs from doing this?

There's nothing built in that would prevent this.

My only suggestion would be to discipline the user if they aren't following rules or to put them into moderation so any posts they create could be approved or rejected before being made public.

I agree with Chris. I would call that a spammy post.

The member should et a warning not to do it, followed by a ban if they continue.
