XF 1.1 Posting Issues

I don't know how to describe this other than to show a picture. It happens frequently but randomly.

I don't have any at the moment. The weird thing is, it fixes itself after about 30 minutes.

Yes because as I stated before, it fixes itself about 30 minutes after the person posts.

I downloaded "Quote Me" last night but it was doing it way before that. It's been months actually.
