Post Submitted, but Post reply button and editor screen persist.

I've had it happen on occasion. You have to re-press the Post Reply button to submit your post.

Not sure why it's happening, but yes - me too!

I got it again.

And [Upl0ad a file] and [More Options] stopped working for a bit.
I hit both 4 times ... no result.
