Post permalinks are not always marked as nofollow

Post permalinks within threads are nofollow, but post permalinks in widgets, last post column, etc. are not.

The permanent URLs should not be indexed as there is nothing to index other than the thread.
The URLs are set to nofollow for this reason.

As far as I understand this post, post permalinks should always be nofollow so the current behaviour seems to be a bug (to me).
