Implemented Post History

Unless I'm missing something, it seems the post history only forms after a brief time has passed - if someone edits their post before the timer runs out (I'm assuming it's the same timer as the one that adds "Last edited...") there is no record of the original text. That might be OK if there wasn't an email going out to subscribers with the text intact, but since the email does contain the edited text it should also be available to the staff via the history function.

Edit: Nevermind - the history does update immediately.
