RM 2.2 Pointer text to DOWNLOAD button

How would I add some text letting folks know that they need to "Click the DOWNLOAD button" to access a resource. A small number of members don't see the Download button, and report that they only see the title of a resource. (It takes al kinds). TIA.

Use a Notice - https://xenforo.com/docs/xf2/communication/#notices

Or edit the xfrm_resource_view template and add some custom text.

Or edit the download phrase to make it more obvious.

Thanks for prompt response. Have it set up through Notices, but can't get it to display. Notice system is enabled, notice is created, options chosen (notice is active), and page criteria set. Probably one of my options is incorrect or not selected. I'll keep staring at it.
