Add-on PM When Users Share IP

Back when we were using vBulletin 3.7, we had a plugin that would send designated staff members a private message when a user logged in who shared an IP with another user. Here's the vB plugin. Here's an example of the notification message (migrated to XF):



If you make it, feel free to publish to resources and charge for it. I'd buy it if it were reasonable.
