I am looking for a developer to do the following;
PM ban a user from sending PMs (but they can receive)

I would prefer to have an addon rather then create an additional usergroup and amend the board permissions (too time consuming)

It takes 30 seconds to create one group and change 2 specific permissions. You don't need to change anything else to achieve this.


Create Group > Change Permission > Save > Add users to new group that you want to apply this to.
Note: No is preferred, but Never overrides anything else set in other groups. If you're got a generic setup, "No" should work just fine.
