XF 2.2 Please help - my personal details won’t “stick”

My date of birth and location keep defaulting to the below information even after I’ve corrected them and saved the page. Please help - what have I missed?

My guess is that form auto-complete or perhaps lastpass is interfering with the fields. I'd disable lastpass or prohibit auto-filling of those fields temporarily to solve the issue. (I've seen this happen before with conflicts with autofill and/or lastpass taking over the fields...)

Thanks so much @ENF - I did have LastPass completing both of those fields along with my login credentials. I’m almost the complete opposite of a 70-year-old from Yorkshire, so I was desperate so resolve the issue
