Plain editor mode in vBulletin 3 broke using Google Chrome

    I spotted something yesterday when looking at vBulletin 3 installed on my localhost server set-up using WampServer, there's now a problem when viewing it using Google Chrome! The plain text editor button that lets you switch over from using WYSIWYG mode does not get displayed, it's gone, vanished from view completely?

    Take a look at these pictures below. One is taken using FireFox showing the plain text editor button is there still. The other taken using Google Chrome showing it's vanished and cannot even be used anymore, and note how the expand page button has been shifted to left-side from far right.

    This is the case for both last version of vBulletin 3.7.7 and vBulletin 3.8.7 Patch Level 2
