Fixed Placeholder missing from bookmark label filter

This isn't a "search" it's a label filter. It behaves the same way as XF 2.2 and is working for me.
You have to apply labels to your bookmarks, at which point this field can be used to find bookmarks matching that label. That being said, the placeholder is missing so that is something we need to fix. It's supposed to have a placeholder saying "Filter by label..."

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 Beta 2).
