MG 2.0 Phrase not appearing

When editing an image, this phrase isn't showing up right:

Go into your media fields in the control panel and edit the caption field. This should allow you to specify a title (which is missing for some reason) and a description, if you want.

What was the field for originally? It must have been imported somehow.
