Okay, it's the same on XF 1.5 and 2.0.

Hopefully a patch will be provided until 1.5.23 is release.

It is fixed in 1.5, 2.0 and 2.1.

There won't be a patch as there are a number of required changes for PHP 7.3 compatibility, including issues with email sending.

The respective releases will be released soon (hopefully next week but it depends on the number of bugs we manage to get through).
