So my server host has exec() from php disabled. My question is what would be effected if php exec() is disabled in 2.0. Also is it pl to run with out it??

exec is required for XFMG and FFmpeg integration - if you don't plan to have XFMG then it's not required.

However, ensure no other functions are disabled - there's really no need to do so.

So i do use XFMG. Is there any work around? Also I not to familiar with it my host is saying it disabled due to security issues. is there any concerns about having it enabled?
