Photoshop CC - How to Make 4 Triangle?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to make this in Photoshop:

Basically I need the same thing but the math should be perfect. I know how to make triangles. How do I make things that are perfect so that all three triangles are the same size (ones in the bigger one). Also how do I make sure they fit the bigger perfectly (rotation)?
