Photos to large

I know the xenforo resizes linked photos to fit the board but is there a way to prevent oversized photos to be linked, it takes to long to load all of the large photos and then resize to fit the screen. Is there a limit to the linked photos?

Do you mean embedding images from other URLs?
For example: http://files.myopera.com/white_demon/albums/886891/ice-age-scrat-wallpaper-hi-res.jpg

If so then there's no way to restrict/limit what size images can be embedded.

Yes is there a way to limit the original size its loading and then resizing, Im a photography board and its being overused and 10 photos loading is taking too long.

I guess Ill have to make a rule if they do it I have the right to download resize and repost to the board.

If there is no concern for space, they can just upload it to your forum and you can limit the display size there?
