XF 1.1 Permissions Problem

I have set myself as Owner on my forum (Renamed admin) and in the category for my forum, yet for some reason I can't use the moderator tools at all on my forums, here is my profile, I am defiantly a superuser etc. http://puu.sh/2Fwpx.png.

Make yourself a moderator and set the permissions accordingly.

Thanks, I forgot to set the perms, I need to learn how to setup inheritance.
