Permission to delete resource updates

There's currently a permission to dictate if a user can delete an entire resource, but this doesn't seem to have any effect on their ability to delete a resource update? Not sure if this is intended behaviour, but if so, another permission for deleting resource updates would be good (or for the existing permission for resources to also take effect on updates).

Looking at the resource update entity's canDelete, looks like if a user has permission to update a resource, they can also delete updates.
