Fixed Permission Problem

There appears to be a permission problem when a special category is set up for registered users to view/add/etc.

To duplicate:
1) Set the registered user group XFMG: Media permissions with 'View media gallery' set to 'Yes' and all others set to 'No'.
2) Set up a category in Media gallery and set the XFMG: Media permissions for that category for the registered user group to all 'Yes'.
3) Using analyze permissions for that category you'll find that everything is 'Yes' as it should be.
4) Go to the category and try to upload an image, you'll get this...

I think this is sorted. I think there's a slightly over-zealous global permission check that's required to pass before being able to upload media, which kicks in before the content permissions are checked.
