Permission denied!

Hi,
surely I'm not writing in the right section !! I have a problem, I bought the license a few years ago, I created a forum and now I need resources, I made some confusion with my profile, and I was no longer able to access the Community. Now I have created a new profile but it does not give me permission to download anything.
My license is valid and I have verified it, what can I do?
Any help would be welcome. Thank you.

Your forum account is not associated with a customer account.

You can do that here: https://xenforo.com/customers/forum-users

Once you have done so, you will then have access to the customer forums and resources.

Edit: I have located what I think is your account - it looks like you already have a couple of forum accounts associated with it, but not this new one.
