XF 2.2 Permanently delete posts / threads / users in approval queue

Hi, how can posts / threads and users in the approval queue be permanently deleted instead of just spam cleaned or rejected? I basically want these entries deleted from the database. And how to change the default for the "notify user checkbox"? Thanks.

Lack of interest - Approval queue delete should hard delete (option)

So I moderate an RSS feed into a forum with article preview display. I delete the RSS that I do not want from the queue. It's only soft delete, now I have to go to the article forum and click each "box" since it's preview display to hard delete. This two-step process is cumbersome at best. ACP...
