XF 2.3 Paypal (legacy) IPNs sent to forum are failing

I have notifications from paypal about failed IPNPlease check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) failed:


https://cafesaxophone.com/payment_callback.php?_xfProvider=paypal


These appear to be Paypal legacy subs, but I have not yet had a chance to check them all. The legacy upgrades are still in place but not active as advised previously

Payment provider log shows some of these:

Ooops!: Invalid cost amount. PayPal may be erroneously adding additional shipping and handling charges

The last time I had this error was because of an addon related to user upgrades.

I think IPNs eventually started to fail too.

I've edited the post as that log entry I posted would seem to ber something else entirely, a red herring.

But the issue of IPNs faimng is continuing, ie users paying recurring payments but the upgrade is not renewing. It expires.
