XF 2.0 Payment Profile not carried over during XF2 upgrade

It seems for all users, their payment profile data was not carried over to XF2.

This means the Account Upgrades page does not have a button for cancelling recurring payments, and we've had frustrated users come to us about it.

Did this data just not exist in XF1 or is this an importer problem?

Importer problem? Why was an importer involved? Or do you mean upgrade?

If you used an add on to add different payment providers in XF1 then it’s quite possible that is related as we only officially supported PayPal in XF1 so that’s all we’d know about when upgrading to XF2.

Yes I meant upgrade. I didn't have any payment provider add-ons.

Any active user upgrade from before the forum upgrade just has N/A for payment profile. These users don't see a Cancel button for their upgrades as a result

Yes, any new account upgrades purchased on XenForo 2 have a profile tied to it. Any account upgrades from before the forum upgrade do not

What is the payment_profile_id of this payment profile? When editing the PayPal payment profile you will see the ID in the URL.

It's id 1, the only one in the system
