Using Jaxel's Chat add-on, its installed but for some reason it does not work correctly.

Here's what it just told me:

[20:30:06] Flash policy problem. If you are the server owner, please read http://redmine.lightirc.com/projects/lightirc/wiki/Flash_Policy_setup_instructions. You need to install a flash policy daemon at ustream.geekshed.net (port 843).

Other than that, yeah, don't look at me. Just figured I'd point it out in case it helps.

Shared/VPS or dedicated hosting? If shared, don't think you'll be in luck... VPS or dedi you could put in a support ticket to your hosting company and get them to take a look. I know the hosting company I'm with are really good when I want something added/removed/changed on the server. One thing I do know... praying isn't gonna help ya
